Solution
1. SYMPTOM: Line in middle of picture.
SOLUTION: Found CN5403 on the B Board was loose.
Remounting restored operation.
2. SYMPTOM: Vertical dots through out screen. On all inputs. OSD is affected.
Has multiple white dots with purple inside the dots.
SOLUTION: Replacing B Board resolved the symptom.
A1147799A 152 B Board (KDL-V26XBR1)
3. No picture and has backlight.
SOLUTION: Replaced the QM board and set is now fixed.
4 Dead with 9X error.
SOLUTION: Found GI2 board cause of 9X. See T/M Chart 9X attached..
5. Unit has 2 horizontal lines on screen. One line is about 8 inches from top and the other 8
inches from bottom with a space in between them. They are visible with all inputs and also
visible with no input to panel. They go away with HDMI input. As soon as you unplug HDMI,
the line reappear. Lines do not affect the menu or OSD on screen.
Replacing the AL Board resolved the issue.
AL Board A1147-795-A (KDLV-32XBR1 Only)
6 Digital vertical lines, (like E31346481) not there on video 7 and OSD OK.
Replaced B board. P/N A-1147-798-A (KDL32XBR1 Only).
