Can not tune in all digital channels
Symptoms / Customer Description
Customer complained that her set only picked up 3 Digital stations using antenna over air
broadcast, and using the Digital Auto tune..
The other sets in her home pick up 13 Digital Channels.

Solution
Had the customer go into the Diagnostic menu (See O/M page 39).
From that screen I realized she only picked up stations below channel 13.
I then surmised she must have the tuner set to cable since the antenna channel frequencies
and cable channel frequencies above channel 13 are different.
I had her go into the customer menu and turn cable OFF. See O/M page 34.
After redoing the Digital Auto tune (See O/M page 38) all 13 channels were available.
