No remote function after turn on
Symptoms / Customer Description
It takes 1 minute for picture to come on, but after picture appears the remote will not allow any
other function. Such as changing channels. No failure codes comes up. On the Video 2 input
can see picture if video is inputed, but no audio.

Solution
Replacing the QM Board, resolved the issue.
Note: Data/Clock line was being loaded down by this board. Any board connected to the
Data/Clock line could also cause this symptom.
