Symptoms / Customer Description
You will see the picture flash for a moment then the set will shutdown with 9 blinks

Solution
This could be caused by the D2 board, D3 board, or the panel
If you observe the picture prior to shutdown you can isolate the problem to the defective part.
Please use the attached service procedure
This is easily seen with a solid test pattern or with the tuner as the source with no signal applies
to the unit.
