How to set the proper model-ID after main-PCB replacement:
1. The model information can be found in the “Version Self Check” screen”:
2. To open it: enter “System information” in the user menu and press “3574” on the remote control
3. Install the attached Hex-Editor tool on your PC (you can also use any other Hex-Editor, that is already installed on your PC) and open the attached file “TM13-model-setting.bin”.
4. The model-information can be found in 5 consecutive bytes at the beginning of the file
(marked blue):
5. Edit the “Model-ID” byte and “Panel Manufacturer” byte for your model according to the
reference table, that can be found at the end of this document.
6. Safe the file after you have edited the relevant bytes.
7. Copy the edited file to the root folder of an empty USB stick and insert it to the TV set.
8. Power OFF the set and turn it ON again: the set will apply the proper Model-ID settings.
9. Remove the USB stick and restart the set.
10. Check the proper settings in the “Versions Self check” screen.
