Application: The information contained in this bulletin applies only if you encounter the
symptom(s) listed below.
Symptom: Audio has garbled (Crackling) sound at all levels, popping noises in the audio
at high audio levels, 1080p raster distortion, or tuning issues.
Solution: Follow instructions INST2010-21 and upgrade firmware to version 1.05 or
above. This firmware may be updated by the consumer and requires no
service intervention. The firmware consists of a USB Thumb Drive with
firmware programmed to the drive and may be acquired using Part Number
2010A3237E105or by visiting our service website at www7.toshiba.com.
