Subject : Sometimes click noise can be heard from inside of cabinet

Symptom : Sometimes, click noise occurs from the upper part of cabinet.
The noise can be heard after 5 - 15 minutes power switch is turned On or Off..
Cause
Remedy :
For the field repair
Use a felt kit (Part number : TXFMK01GTTJ ) as below.
1. Remove the back cover and front cabinet.
2. Add a felts to upper edge of aluminum chassis of plasma panel as below.
For 50 inch
For 42 inch
3. Assemble the front cabinet and back cover to original position.
When aluminum chassis of plasma panel is slightly expanded due to heating, the chassis is rubbed
against the hooking ribs at glass holder metal inside of front cabinet, then it makes click noise.
