SUBJECT: Abnormal Netflix Operation
- Symptoms:
o Netflix App freezes.
o Netflix App plays for a while. and then exits out to the TV source by itself.
o Netflix app is not available.
o Netflix app is not working.
- REPAIR GUIDE:
1) Do Not Change any parts.
2) Update the TV Software to the latest version. Refer to Table 1.
(Note: Make sure to download the S/W file from SAMSUNG.COM prior to customer visit.)
3) Verify the Netflix version in View Details, and then reinstall the application if needed. Refer to Image 1 and Image 2.
o Go to SmartHub> Apps > My Apps. Highlight Netflix, and then press and hold the Enter button on the remote for 3 seconds
o Select View Details to check the Netflix version number, and then select Reinstall to update/reinstall the application if needed
