The logo appears on the TV for a few seconds then after about 20 seconds it returns to stand-by

I checked the power and it's okay. I'have forced the power on and the BL ON and all the voltage are ok and the backlight it's ON.
I have reprogrammed the spi with the file read from another tv but the problem it's the same.
I think it may be a nand data problem or a failure on the main.
you have the dump of nand or the schematics for this tv ?

I tried with the usb update taken from the toshiba site but it does not work

Check the SPI firmware back into place and update by USB

I tried to upload the update from usb but it wasn't possible. I tried it both in the standard and forced way and also renaming the file ( the instruction are in service manual ) but there was no result. The file loaded on the spi is tested and working

Ты сам не работаешь, официальная прошивка всегда будет работать.
Ты что-то не правильно делаешь.
После скачивание надо извлечь файл в корень юсб накопителя.

Может флешка не подходит. Попробуй другую.
