Background AN19J,AN19L,CA19J model have whistle sound at DPMS mode.
Root Cause : The current of power IC is a bit abnormal at off mode.
This cause power trans(T601) to vibrate.
Solution : Change C614 capacitor as below specification (10nF -> 2.2nF)
