SUBJECT : The Countermeasure of IC601 failure (AN15V/AN17L/AN17K)
Defect Symptom I:C601 have high failure rate at the field. (Symptom: No Power)
Sometimes,besides IC601, D601,Fuse and IC605 can be damaged/failed at a same time.
The root cause is C632 capacitor which makes noise into IC601.(AN15V,AN17L model have C632)
Model name : AN15V/AN17L/AN17K
Solution : When 'NO-POWER' problem is occured, change IC601. If the problem is not solved,
change D601,IC605 and Fuse and than follow the below.

Attach zener 30V diode on the solder side of C607. Put (-) on the IC601 vcc
Remove C632 on the PCB.
Attach zener 30V diode on the solder side of C607. Put (-) on the IC601 vcc
Remove C632 on the PCB.
