The processor cooler ended up locked which caused the processor to heat up and also burned the mosfet Q17 transistor. I replaced the transistor but the board does not raise video even though the processor exhibits apparently normal heating after transistor switching. If I got the schematic diagram of the board it would help a lot to find the defect.
