Symptom: Intermittent crack noise from the unit after warm up and during cool down.
Cause: The crack sound is generated due to thermal expansion differences of two
connected parts.
Remedy: Installing plastic washers between mounting bracket and a panel
minimizes the undesirable sound.
Procedure: Follow the four steps procedure to install the washers as in the. Refer to below
pictures.
Use the washers from service kit, part number XWA10VIERA.
Two kits are needed for model TH50PX500
Step1 Remove back cover and then remove screws as indicated on Fig.1 (for
TH50PX50) and Fig.2 (for TH50PX500)
