Symptom: After pressing power button, unit shutdown then power LED blinks 7X.
Cause: SOS protection circuitry detects problem in scan output waveform Vf due to shorted scan output
transistor Q6511.
Remedy: Replace both Q6511 and Q6512 at the same time on SC board.
Note: Replace both transistors even if only 1 is shorted.
