Symptom: Shuts down with power LED 7 blinks.
Cause: 15V line shorted to ground due to SC board failure. Fuse PA9900 opens as soon as AC plugged
in then symptom will be: shuts down with power LED 7 blinks thereafter.
Remedy: Replace SC board and PA9900 in the D board.
