Symptom: Mounting metal brackets falling inside after wall mounting the unit
Cause: Too long screws or too much torque used, causing deformation of the brackets (see Fig.1) which will fell inside when the unit is taken down from wall mount
Remedy: When excessive force is used, the back cover plastic clips are crushed and cannot hold the brackets in original position. Applying rubber stoppers (boots) from the kit, part number TXFBL01WNUJ will allow re-using the same brackets and the back cover.
The kit contains 4 rubber stoppers to be applied in the clips area as in Fig.2 and Fig.3.
After the rubber is applied, the metal brackets should be slide into its original position.
