Q series, LS003 [Frame TV]
SUBJECT: Customer cannot control the TV after updating to T-KTMAKUC-1132.6 version software.
SYMPTOMS: Impossible to control TV with Smart / IR remote. After few hours, the TV may show no picture.
REPAIR:
1. Download the file T-KTMAKUC_SERET_8G.zip to your PC using the link shown in this service bulletin’s Attached Files section in GSPN. Unzip the file.
2. Copy the T-KTMAKUC_SERET folder to the root directory of a USB drive.
3. Power off the TV. Insert the USB with the firmware folder into a USB drive on the TV. Power on the TV.
4. Using a full IR remote or a full Factory remote, press "Info" + "Menu" + "Mute" + "Menu" + "Exit"
5. The TV will start updating the firmware. Please be patient. The process can take up to 20 minutes.
6. While the TV is updating, the standby LED indicator and USB will flash. Please wait until the TV restarts.
