Apps are causing the TV to Freeze or Power Cycle or not to respond to the Remote.
POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS:
1) The TV freezes.
2) The App freezes.
3) The App exits out by itself.
4) The TV powers OFF and ON by itself.
5) The TV cannot be controlled by the Remote
Control.
REPAIR GUIDE: DO NOT replace any parts.
1) Update the TV software to the latest version.
2) Update SyncPlus and the YouTube application.

IMPORTANT: This service bulletin applies to models with the NT14U chipset and T-NT14UAKUC software only. UN**HU8500 / HU8550 / HU8700 models with the Golf-8 chipset and T-GFP8AKUC software do not have this issue.
To check an application version and update the application, follow these steps:
1. Go to SmartHub > Apps. Highlight the app name, and then press and hold the Enter () button for 5 seconds.
2. Select ‘View Details’ to view the version of the application.
3. If the app version is not the latest, select ‘Update Apps’ to update the application.
