Subject: Green / magenta color shadow at monochrome moving picture.
Symptom: There is occasionally green / magenta color shadow at monochrome moving picture.
Refer to a picture for the color shadow.
Background: Gain of “the natural picture loading correct function” used at panel module
was not optimal and this caused color shadow, because of the over or shortage
correction depending on viewing scene.
Remedy: Change the function so that the incorrect correction of the gain does not occur.
Need to change “PDP module EEPROM”:
42V20 : Ver31.80 > Ver31.81
50V20 : Ver51.80 > Ver51.81
Apply PEAKS LDA2 Software ver. 2.506 (or newer) to update module data.
