Symptom : TV has no picture, sound is present, slight whistle from the LD board - left top area of LED LCD panel from the
rear side is heard
Method: : 1- Exchange the LD board on the LED LCD panel for the new one - SP P/N ordered to PAVCCZ = "LD-42E5"
(remove the back cover of TV and release 4 screws of LD board on panel, release 3 plugs with flexi cables on the LD PCB)
2- Apply Peaks EEPROM image provided by PAVCCZ CS (see instruction below)
