- Symptoms: Possible symptoms after installing the 2013 SVC panel:
o Video flip, zoom, or distortion
Refer to Table 1 on the next page for 2013 SVC panel codes, related models, and software versions.
- REPAIR GUIDE:
1) Update the TV Software to the latest version. Refer to Table 1.
(Note: Make sure to download the S/W file from SAMSUNG.COM prior to customer visit.)
2) Go to Factory Menu > SVC, and then change SVC Panel to 2013 SVC. Refer to Image 1 on the next page.
