SUBJECT: After replacing Panel BN95-00440A or BN95-00440B with the alternative Panel, BN95-01745A
PROCEDURE: After you replace the original panel, BN95-00440A or BN95-00440B, with the alternate panel, BN95-01745A, you must update the Options in the service menu to match the panel.
1. Using a Samsung Factory remote control; power on the TV, press the “INFO” button, and then the “FACTORY” button to access the service menu.
2. Check the current firmware version and verify the version is 1026.0 or higher. If it is not, upgrade the TV to the latest firmware.
3. After you have verified and/or updated the firmware, scroll down to “SVC”, and then press the Enter button.
4. Scroll UP or DOWN to “SVC PANEL”, and then press ◀or▶until “2012 SVC” is displayed.
5. Power the TV off and then back on to set the options.
