Subject: Audio/Sound Lip Sync Issue
Symptoms: The sound is not synchronized with the picture on the TV.
Repair Guide:
1) Update the TV Software to the latest version.
o Note: Make sure to download the SW file from SAMSUNG.COM prior to the customer visit.
2) Important: This lip sync issue and the repair described in this service bulletin apply to models with the NT14U chipset and T-NT14UAKUC S/W only. UN**HU8500 / HU8550 / HU8700 models with the Golf-8 chipset and T-GFP8AKUC S/W do not have this issue
