At power up, the power LED lights up, the processor fan starts up, but no sign of life. The power LED remains solid, no beeps. Ram header, power supply replaced, all peripherals disconnected, CMOS reset, AMD Athlon II processor replaced, with AMD Phenom (tm) II, same situation. SPI? U1 = 25L800. Where to find the files?
