Symptom
Cause
There is a possibility that some R8408 on the main unit has a crack caused by some mechanical stress applied
during production. In that case, the R8408 has high resistance value and it causes the following symptom.
No power. (LED indicator is in green, no backlight, and no response to any remote and operation keys)
Defective R8408
Servicing In case of the symptom of “No power”, Check the resistance value of R8408. If the resistance value is larger than
0.33 ohms, replace R8408 with a new one (VRS-TW2HPR33JY).
