ISSUE: VRR / FreeSync is not working when the Source is a PC.
GUIDE:
VRR / FreeSync is ON only when "Game Mode" is ON.
Game Mode is automatically turned "ON" when the source is an Xbox. But, if the customer is playing a game on a PC, Game Mode is not turned on automatically and the customer has to turn on "Game Mode" manually.
Follow the steps below to turn Game Mode on manually.
Quick Settings → Game Mode On
※ VRR / FreeSync in Game Mode is only supported in 2019 RU8000 and Q Series Smart TVs 50"
and larger. TV’s smaller than 50” do not support VRR / FreeSync.
