TV turns off when set to Ambient Mode 05/01/2019

Issue: No sources are detected on HDMI 4
Cause: Software needs to be updated.
Solution:
1. Update the software to version 1065.0 or higher.
2. Wait for the update process to complete. The TV will turn itself off and then on again.
3. Cold reset the TV by method a or b below:
a. Unplug the Power cord for about 20 seconds, or
b. Press and hold the Power button on the remote until TV turns off and then back on.
4. Go to Settings > Support > About This TV.
5. Verify that Software Version displays 1065.0 or higher and the second Sub-micom Version displays 6012 or higher as shown in the image below.

CAUSE: Ambient Mode settings values
REPAIR: Please follow the steps below. The 3 settings listed need to be turned off to fix the issue. Note that this is only a temporary fix. A permanent firmware fix will be released in July.
Step 1: Turn the "Auto Brightness" option "Off"
1. Go to Ambient Mode by pressing the "Ambient" button on the remote, and then press the "Ambient" button once more to enter the Ambient Menu.
You should see the following screens:
