Subject: One Connect Cable Routing
Symptom: No HDMI sources, ARC not working, No Power
Affected Models: QN82Q90RAFXZA, QN75Q90RAFXZA, QN65Q90RAFXZA
Possible Cause: One Connect cable is misrouted. If the cable is routed under the stand as in below images, the cable
may get damaged causing some of the above symptoms.
Solution: Bring the One Connect Cable and inspect the cable installation. Make sure the One Connect Cable is routed
properly (outside the stand base) as shown in the Quick Start Guide.
