General We are to inform you about LED bar unit NG for ORION model LC-24/29/39/50LE440M
Subject Dark patches/Half dark/No picture symptom due to LED bar unit NG.
Note : For the mentioned symptom (as picture below) the sound is available.
Note : For LC-24/29/39LE440M , the LED bar unit is located at bottom of LCD panel module assembly.
While for LC-50LE440M , the LED bar unit is located at top of LCD panel module assembly.
Therefore, defect symptom should only occur at where LED bar unit is located.
Model LC-24LE440M, LC-29LE440M, LC-39LE440M, and LC-50LE440M.
Cause The connector of the LED bar unit was damaged. Refer to picture 1.1 as below.

Servicing
i. Please confirm the defective part is LED bar unit.
* The symptom is similar to the Picture 1.0 above.
* By lighting confirmation of LED bar unit, if either right/left side LED unit is not on/partially on.
* Try to pull out and reinsert again the FPC cable. If symptom persist, the LED unit right/left is NG.
* If the lighting is not available for both left/right LED bar unit, then, both of it is NG.
ii. Once the defective part of LED bar unit is confirmed, please change it with the new LED bar unit.
* LED bar unit can be purchased through APC for each model as table below.
1. The defective LCD panel module can be send for repairing to ORION by using RMA system.
2. If service centre is capable to do repairing by changing the LED bar unit, please follow the guide as below.
