We are to inform you about the repair services information for LVDS cable NG.

Symptom
Intermittent No Picture but Sound OK symptom during TV set turned on (green LED on)
Causes
Contact failure of LVDS connector. Refer to the example picture of the NG condition.

Servicing
If you find the problem of the above subject, please do inspection on the LVDS cable and confirm
if there is bulging at the connector pin area as in the example Picture 1.0.
If yes, please replace it with new LVDS cable service part and then please check if the problem is
eliminated after assembly.
Note : Please ensure the LVDS service part is in OK condition as in the picture 1.1 below.
If no, please proceed to check on the other part or component of the TV set.
