• It takes a time to operate after turning on the power.
• Sometimes unit locks up.
Cause Solder cracks on IC1602/IC1603.
Servicing When a service is required from customer with phenomenon above due to solder cracks,
re-solder all pins of IC1602/IC1603.
Be sure that none of the pins have solder bridges.
