General We inform you about the servicing method against the following symptom on the stand unit.
Symptom and
Cause
If too much stress is applied to the stand moving part (swivel) of the stand unit continuously, the
swivel fixing screw may become loose and the screen of the TV set may be slanted.
Servicing We have established the improved stand moving part assembly as a service parts.
In this case, please change the existing stand moving part of the stand unit with the improved
one as shown in the table below.
