General If the set is used in a dusty place, some dust may get into the LCD module from the Backlight wire holes.
That may be the cause that the brightness of the screen is down. To avoid dust coming into the LCD
module, a dustproof sheet was added to the LCD module of the TV set from the above NEW serial number.
Service If customer complains that the brightness of screen get down by dust, please clean up the inside of the
LCD module according to the procedure of “< CLEAN UP METHOD >”, and put the dustproof
(PCOVM0001TPZZ) sheet according to the procedure of “< PUTTING DUSTPROOF SHEET
PROCEDURE >”.
