General We inform you that the following case can be solved with a new universal remote controller.
Phenomenon The remote controller can not operate HUMAX product’s STB (Set-Top-Box) PR-HD100 properly.
Cause The library of the universal remote controller’s internal ROM does not have the preset code “348” for the
above mentioned STB.
Servicing If customer complains of this phenomenon, please replace the universal remote controller with the following
new type which has the preset code “348”.
