Symptom
Cause
When a HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI terminal, some picture/sound trouble may occur due to poor
contact of the HDMI cable.
When the terminal side of the rear cabinet expands about 1.0-1.5 mm by temperature, the connected HDMI
cable is pushed back and causes poor contact between the HDMI plug and the HDMI socket.
(This occurs depending on the type of the HDMI cable.)
Servicing If customer complains of this problem, remove the original screw in the EXT-4 HDMI terminal, and change it for
plastic screw (LX-BZA279WJKZ) and washer (XWHS730-05000) to fix the rear cabinet.
