General
Block noise may appear in the screen when the set receives DTV broadcast signal with inserting CI card.
A possibility of being this symptom is high if the block noise appears when CI card is inserted during viewing free
broadcast signal and disappears when CI card is removed.

When the unit requires service with the above mentioned symptom, apply the following countermeasure to the main
unit as follows.
1) If the unit automatically reboots when CI card is inserted, eliminate R9154.
2) If the block noise appears in the screen, add IC4409 and eliminate R4410 (or cut pattern).
