Symptom Backlight may not turn on with the Power indicator blinking (in red at one second interval) due to improper
(poor) contact between the lamp socket and the contacts on pwb.
Cause Defective lamp socket
Servicing When the above mentioned unit requires service regardless of symptom, please take the following steps to
prevent the occurrence of this trouble.
1. Check if all lamp socket (QSOCFA005WJZZ x 18 pcs) has one black dot on its body.
If any of the lamp sockets does not have the dot, please replace the old lamp socket with the new one
which has one black dot.
After replacing to the new socket, please add one black dot to the model label of the back cabinet for
identification. (See next page)
2. If the contacts on inverter pwb have any damage (burnt), replace the inverter pwb with new one.
