Servicing When the unit requires service due to the above mentioned phenomena, please take the following steps.
1. Check the main software version of the unit.
2. If it is lower than the version 1.14, update the unit as following priority.
(First) Downloading the update file by a customer from your web site.
(Second) Sending a USB memory device (with the update file) to a customer.
(Third) Updating the unit by your service division.

Note:
･ Record the confirmed symptom and both the current software version(before update) and the updated software
version(after update).
･ When updating unit by using a USB memory device, the user settings will be kept in the unit.
