General We inform you of the main software update to version 1.11 [E1006281].
This update version improves issue of the following broadcast system.
1. ATV of Italy:
• The discrimination for single or multiple sound isn’t determined and the setting keeps changing.
2. DVB-T of Spain:
• Sound is muted at the specific timing on the specific channel (TELECINCO/FDF/LA SIETE).
3. DVB-C of Denmark:
• The message of DVB Subtitle are cut off or become a portrait in TS (DR HD).
Servicing If customer complains of the above mentioned issue, check for the current software version. And, if it is lower
version level than 1.11 [E1006281], please update the software of the unit.

Note:
• In your field, update the unit as the following priorities.
1. Upload the USB update file (only for end user) on your web site. And, recommend the customer to download
the USB update file from your web site. (The unit to be updated by the customer.)
2. Send the USB update file to the customer. (The unit to be updated by the customer.)
3. Update the unit by your service dept.
• When the software is updated by your service dept, record the confirmed symptom of the unit and then both
the current software version (before updating) and the updated version (after updating) also.
• When updating unit by using a USB memory device, the user settings will be kept in the unit.
Only when the initializing of the user settings is required, perform the delivery setting (INDUSTRY INIT).
