General We inform you of the main software update to version 1.24.
For the list of fixed phenomenon and specification changes in this release, please refer to the next page of this
technical report.
Servicing If customer complains of the fixed phenomenon in this release, please check the main software version of the
unit. If it is lower than the latest version 1.24 [ E1007081 ], update the unit with the following priority.
Firstly: Recommend the customer to download the update file from your web site.
(Update the unit by the customer)
Secondly: Send the update file to the customer. (Update the unit by the customer)
Thirdly: Update the unit by your service.

Note:
• When updating the unit by your service, record the confirmed symptom of the unit and both the current
software version (before updating) and the updated version (after updating).
• When updating unit by using a USB memory device, the user settings will be kept in the unit.
Only when the initializing of the user settings is required, perform the delivery setting (INDUSTRY INIT).
