Symptom
The power unit is changed from OLD to NEW parts in order to change of the partial circuit inside the power unit to
improve the startup performance under low temperature (About 0 degrees).
When TV set is turned on under low temperature (About 0 degrees), the center LED blinks and the relay repeats
ON and OFF, and the back-light is not turned on.
Servicing Only when the above mentioned symptom happens, please replace the OLD power unit to the NEW one.
For how to distinguish the power unit, please refer to the next page of this technical report.
If the power unit was replaced due to the above symptom, we would like to return the defect OLD power
unit to the power unit vendor.
Therefore, please collect and keep the defect OLD power unit and the actual evidence (voucher) of the purchase
cost of the power unit and the exchange cost of the power unit.
