General Due to the friction of the P-chassis and the reflection sheet inside the LCD panel module, the cracking noise may
appear from the LCD panel module after 5 min ~ 10min from the power-on of the set.
To prevent the cracking noise from occurring, the spacers are added on the P-chassis inside the LCD panel
module.
Servicing Only for the TV set which have an above mentioned symptom, please add the spacers on the P-chassis inside
the LCD module as shown in the following instruction of this technical report.
