Cause
We inform you of the following precaution when you repair the LCD module unit with the LED PWB failure.
LED backlight does not light on
In the LCD module assembly production line, the LED backlight on LED PWB becomes damaged when the Light
Guide Plate hits the left and right LED backlight when inserted the Light Guide Plate to the LCD module unit.
Servicing The LED package is very weak against any external shock.
When you repair the LCD module unit due to the LED PWB failure, please be careful so that the Light Guide
Plate does not touch the left and right LED backlight on LED PWB when you insert the Light Guide Plate to the
LCD module unit after replacing the defective LED PWB.
