We inform you of the main software update to version 4.01.
The following is a list of fixes and changes in this release.
• Added HbbTV feature - The default reading setting is OFF. It can be changed by selecting “Menu” > “Setup” >
“View setting” > “Data service setting”.
• Activated VOD playback in Direct8 - VOD playback of HbbTV application on Direct8 and DirectStar channels in
France is activated.
• Added Bookmark feature of Internet page – Web page can be added to Bookmark by selecting “NET MENU” >
“Bookmark this page”.
• Added SAMI subtitles feature.
Servicing
If the current software version in the unit is lower than 4.01 [401E1301181], please update the main software of
the unit by the following order of priority.
1. Recommend customer to download the update file from your customer support web site.
2. Send the update file to customer from your service dept.
3. Update the unit by your service dept.
