SERVICING When some of the above TV set is called for service, proceed as follows:
Check if CN4 or CN5 connectors are broken.
1- If there are not connector broken, add four silicone bonds between FPC ferrite cores and
the backlight shield case.
2- If there are some connector broken, change the components as above table shows and add
four silicone bonds between the FPC ferrite cores and the backlight shield case.
See silicone bonds location in the figure 1 behind.
The FPC ferrite cores assembled on CN4 and CN5 may cause a breaking on the same CN4,
CN5 connectors and, the LCD controller unit may be made unsuitable.
