SYMPTON:
After the main board is replaced, Wi-Fi may not work. The TV won’t see any Wi-Fi networks and the Wi-Fi MAC address fails.
CAUSE:
Two types of Wi-Fi modules were used in the listed models, BN59-01264A and BN59-01174D. During the first
phase of production, the BN59-01264A Wi-Fi module was used. Afterwards, the BN59-01174D Wi-Fi module
was used. The two parts are functionally compatible. The same TV model may use either version of the Wi-Fi
module. The part number is printed on the label of each Wi-Fi module for easy identification. The correct Wi-Fi
Vendor Option Byte Value must be used.
