Subject: Hang up, no picture and no sound, no SW update possible [Revision 2]
SYMPTOM
No picture and no sound after TV power on. Backlight on. Not possible to recover with USB software update.
While tuning DVB-S TV hang-up.
14 channels missing in DVB-S tuning.
CAUSE
Wrong data storage.
SOLUTION
Apply the special recovery software, by following the abridged procedure below.
1. Download and unzip the applicable file attached to this Technical Bulletin and copy the extracted folder to
the root of an empty USB stick.

2. Turn the unit ON.
3. Insert the USB memory into the USB slot located at the side of the unit.
4. Pull Out the AC plug and wait 10 seconds (considering the charge of AC adaptor).
