нет,
в оригинальном адаптере bga63 он теоретически должен определить ету НАНД

gangster скажу честно поддержка у этого прогера гнилая. И многое из заявленного не соответствует правде. Если хочешь что добиться надо пробовать и думать своей головой.

всем привет,
меня тоже интериссует  кто пробывал  BGA63 flash читать и  программировать заново Проманом.
у меня есть  проман и адаптер BGA63 для него , читал micron nand flash
MT29F1G08ABADAH4-D-BGA63-1GB-SLC
и
MT29F2G08ABADAH4-D-BGA63-2GB-SLC
софт читает без проблем но когда загоняешь новый софт получается очень много BAD BLOCK  , пробувал по разному; получалось и без  BAD BLOCK .беда в том что когда чип с новым софтом припаеваеш на место ничего не идёт , а со старым всё нормально.

может кто подскажет в чём может быть проблема .
буду блогодарен.

При работе с микросхемой, снимаете галку "Auto clear log", копируете, показываете...

на днях подсоеденюсь к НОР адаптеру( там есть все нужные пины) и прогой для НАНД....посмотрим что будет

1. Please confirm the pins have good contact with socket.
   Then try again.
2. If this is a good mother-chip from good board with data.
   Then do care about the bad blocks.
   Data in this chip can be read out correctly.

такая вот хрень когда делаешь
(Check bad block information) как быть дальше не знаю.
уже все инструкции в интернете пересмотрел и толку нет.
если можите подскажите ,что не так.

Micron   8Gbits   MT29F8G08ABABAWP-IT   0x2c380026_0x85000000   3.3V   TSOP48   - несколько штук. я думаю без BB найдётся. Живой дамп есть то же.
Вот лог с комментариями.
"Простыню" прячьте в файл.
Выполните только то что я - справа подписаны кнопки,которые я нажимал.
Точно укажите название микросхемы, см выше.
Ссылочку на адаптер BGA63 покажите.

делал как ты написал, но всё по прежднему,
дамп  который был на на микрухе первоначально ,заливается без проблем , а новый дамп заливаю вылазиет куча BB, а когда  убираю галочку с "WRITE SPARE" пи заливке нового дампа всё нормально без BB, но опять же ставлю микруху на место и ничего.
что за хрень ?

Badов у Вас нет. Микросхема 256Мб, "вливаете" 128Мб.

Тип микросхемы так и не увидел (сразу проверяйте в Гуле, существует ли такая).
Мне кажется, что Вы чего-то не договариваете. Вы, случаем, не пытаетесь "слитую" прошивку из 128Мб "микры", влить в 256Мб микросхему.

 дело такое ,

я пытаюсь на микру залить новую прошивку  взятую с оф. сайта производителя размером  105mb ,до этого , прошивка которую я слил на комп  почемуто  264mb ,хотя  на оф. сайте она чуть больше 100 mb.
